In The News February, 2012: Finders Keepers performs on Queen Charlotte ShowWatch the video here! Finders Keepers has a great year! In 2011, Finders Keepers was busy performing, starring on the Song o' Sky show in Asheville, singing at the Wells Fargo Community Celebration, Belk Charity Days, The Southern Christmas Show, and several private parties and celebrations. We are looking forward to a wonderful 2012!Finders Keepers Competes at the annual Region 14 Competition and Convention In April, 2011, Finders Keepers competed in Winston-Salem. We scored higher than we ever had before, and were awarded medals and ribbons for placing fourth. What fun, singing and reviving friendships with so many other singing women from four states! Finders Keepers as Mic-testers In March, 2011, Finders Keepers served as mic-tester quartet for Region 23's regional competition in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was a busy weekend for us, but we enjoyed working with the judges to find the right mic settings onstage, and getting to know our sister singers from the Heart of Dixie region. We also had a chance to "be ourselves" in the photo room! Finders Keepers Delivers a Special Singing Valentine A soldier stationed in Iraq contacted Finders Keepers and requested a Valentine for his wife on February 14, 2010. WCNC, the Charlotte NBC affiliate, filmed the delivery, and then invited Finders Keepers to sing live at the studio for Larry Sprinkle, the weatherman who is celebrating his 25th year with the station.
